Shipping and Returns Policy

It is my mission to provide you with excellent quality products and personal customer care. If you have any issues with your order please contact me at hello@anabean.com and I will work diligently to make you happy. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping & Processing Time:  Please allow 48 hours for me to package and ship your order from the time your order is placed. I ship orders Monday – Friday.  Shipping time is based on the shipping option you choose at checkout.   Packages are shipped via USPS.

USPS Shipping Options

Priority Mail – Shipped in 1-3 Business Days depending on the delivery destination.  Tracking included.

First Class Mail – Shipped in 1-5 Business Days depending on the delivery destination for packages weighing up to 13 oz. Tracking included.  If your package weighs over 13 oz. this shipping option will not be available at checkout.


Returns & Refunds Policy:

To complete your return, please provide me with a valid order number in the subject line of your email, emailed to hello@anabean.com. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Health and personal care items
  • Clearance items
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items that have been used, opened or damaged
  • Promotional items or free gifts
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If your returned order meets the return requirements, your refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt of your return. Your credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at hello@anabean.com.
